“My name is Michael Britt-Leon and I’m writing this letter on behalf of Isabella Fioretti. I’m the Professional head trainer at Windsor Stables located in Alpharetta, Georgia. I’ve operated Windsor Stables for the last 24 years where we have produced countless national champions for horse of the year, juniors, amateurs, and equitation horses and riders.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Isabella Fioretti aka Bella, since 2020. She came to me as a 2’6” low children’s rider, with a goal to excel on a national level. In the past 3 years, I’ve watched her develop into not only an incredible young lady but also a very talented junior rider, who is now competing at 3’6” Juniors. Bella is one of the hardest-working, self-driven students in my program, and she excels tremendously under pressure. More importantly than all the success and wins we’ve had together; Bella has been an exceptional teammate and part of the Windsor Family. She is one of the first ones at the show in the morning and one of the last students to leave, ready to help our staff prepare or just cheer on her fellow teammates.
I am sending along this letter, with the highest recommendation.
If you have any questions about Bella, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly, my contact information is below.”

“It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Miss Isabella Fioretti. I have known Bella for the past five years in my capactity as both an educator and administrator at Rivers Academy. She is an outstanding young woman who continues to impress me year after year. Bella is a kind, driven, independent, and self-motivated young woman. As her academic record attests, she is an outstanding student who has consistently taken rigorous courses and excelled. This is no easy feat in a college prep private school that delivers a compacted curriculum with all honors classes in a three-day week, meeting only from 8-12:30. What makes this even more impressive is that she has balanced her academics with a stringent riding schedule that demands she travel for months at a time. Despite this rigorous schedule and the demands of her passion, she has never once faltered in her studies. This is a testament to her stellar time management skills and her diligent focus. On campus, Bella is often found surrounded by friends and makes an effort to include others who may not have a group. She is exceptionally kind and it is apparent in all her interactions. She is what I like to call a quiet leader. She will not be the loudest voice in the room, but she will step up when it is needed. In a world where others her age are battling for attentions and “likes,” Bella Fioretti stands in stark contrast. Her actions, her work ethic, and her success speak volumes. She has no need to publicize them. It is my sincere belief that she will be an outstanding contributor to the school of her choosing. I have no doubt that she will become a vital member of the community during her time there and well into the future.”
